You must meet the TAP program membership requirements to qualify for a Copilot dev license, and for the time being, we have a limited number of licenses available. We’re pleased to announce that starting immediately, we’re making the first allocation of Copilot licenses for developers available to our community in private preview, through the Microsoft 365 Developer Technology Adoption Program (TAP).
